The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes from Dipeptide-43, r-Mussel Polypeptide-2, Dipeptide-44, r-Mussel Oligopeptide-1, Tetrapeptide-70, Dipeptide-40 and sh-Pentapeptide-40.
