The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the gene from Tetrapeptide-144, Hexapeptide-40, sh-Polypeptide-183, and sr-Propionibacterium Phage Supernova Polypeptide-1. The fusion peptide contains 209 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation and consists of the proper sequence from the 20 standard amino acids.
