LCDC Seoul: what's on each floor of Seongsu's converted garage

LCDC Seoul is a four-floor culture and shopping complex built inside a former car repair garage, run by SJ Group and named after the fashion label LE CONTE DES CONTES, roughly "a story within a story." By July 2025 the space had drawn more than one million visitors since its 2021 opening, and it recently brought in Sweetspot to manage its C-wing space and refreshed the fourth floor into an all-day brunch restaurant, Jade and Water (https://www.ktnews.com/news/articleView.html?idxno=140969).

Floor 1 is Cafe Ephemera. Floor 2 is Shop LCDC, a lifestyle and fashion retail floor. Floor 3, called Doors, rotates in six resident brands and closes on Mondays. Floor 4 is the Jade and Water brunch restaurant, with a midday break between lunch and dinner service. The building keeps its raw concrete bones from its garage days, softened with greenery, which architecture writeups point to as the core of its identity (https://vmspace.com/report/report_view.html?base_seq=MjAwMw%3D%3D).

Visitor comments highlight the mix of concrete and plants as a strong architectural draw, along with a regular calendar of live music and exhibitions. On the practical side, the brunch restaurant can mean a real wait, and because pop-ups on the retail floors rotate quickly, it's worth checking what's currently showing before you go out of your way for a specific brand.
