Labels list ingredients above 1% from most to least, then those at 1% or less in any order. A product filed with Korea's MFDS as functional is read as holding the notified amount of its efficacy ingredient when the label carries only one for that effect, and anything listed before an ingredient of known amount as holding at least that much. - 1. 컬라카라 사용 전, 뷰러로 속눈썹을 뿌리부터 꼼꼼히 집어 올려줍니다. 2. 마스카라를 바르기 전 브러쉬에 액이 너무 많이 묻거나 끝이 뭉쳐있으면 용기 입구에서 양 조절을 해줍니다. 3. 속눈썹 뿌리에 브러쉬를 밀착하여 중앙으로 지그재그하듯이 쓸어 올려줍니다. 4. 좁은 눈 앞머리와 꼬리부분은 브러쉬를 세워서 발라주면 한올 한올 깔끔한 속눈썹 연출이 가능합니다.
