We ship with CJ Logistics within Korea. Shipping is ₩3,000, free on orders over ₩50,000. Orders usually arrive 1–4 days after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once a tracking number is added you can follow the delivery on the Orders page. Jeju and remote islands may cost extra.

You can request a return with “Request a return” on the Orders page, or through customer service, within 7 days of delivery. Cosmetics can’t be returned for a change of mind once opened or used. For a change-of-mind return you pay the ₩3,000 return shipping (₩6,000 if the order shipped free, adding the original shipping). If the product is faulty or differs from its label or ads, Gloshell pays shipping and exchanges or refunds it within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of when you noticed. Your card company may take 3–7 business days to show the cancelled charge.

Pay by credit or debit card in the NICEPAY window (card company apps included), plus points or coupons. After you confirm the purchase, part of what you paid comes back as points.
