You can request a return with “Request a return” on the Orders page, or through customer service, within 7 days of delivery. Cosmetics can’t be returned for a change of mind once opened or used. For a change-of-mind return you pay the ₩3,000 return shipping (₩6,000 if the order shipped free, adding the original shipping). If the product is faulty or differs from its label or ads, Gloshell pays shipping and exchanges or refunds it within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of when you noticed.
